If I book a private room, to what do I have access?
You have access to the common area, the kitchen, the deck, and the yard. You would also have access to the resupply store after closing hours (with permission from Hoody). You would not have access to the basement nor the side apartment patio.
If I book the Apartment, to what do I have access?
You have access to your patio, the common area, the kitchen, the deck, and the yard. You would also have access to the resupply store after closing hours (with permission from Hoody). You would not have access to the basement.
How quiet do we have to be?
It's a mature neighborhood, and my neighbors live pretty close. When both the apartment and the main house are booked, please observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM - 7 AM.
Who controls the central AC and heat?
The climate controls are in the main house. Please leave the temperature between 68-70.
What's the WiFi code?

Are the washer and dryer free?
Yes, and there will be detergent for you to use.
Smoking?
There is no smoking -- cigarettes, vape, or cannabis -- anywhere inside the hostel, apartment. There is no smoking on the deck or patio. If you smoke, please do so on flat ground and leave no trace.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, Zero Day is dog-friendly for friendly dogs (and Hoody loves dogs) but:
You must stay with your dog (other than a quick trip to the bathroom)
This is common space -- please make sure your dog respects the peace, quiet, and space of all guests.
Hoody can ask you and your dog to leave at any time for any reason

What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 3PM and checkout is 11AM.
What's the deal with the food in the kitchen?
For drinks, pizzas, and ice cream, the prices are marked. Please keep track of what you eat/drink, then pay before you leave.
Everything else is free.
How do I pay for the room? (Airbnb & Vrbo guests -- you can ignore this)
Do you have resupply, work-for-stay, extended stays, bunks, tenting, showers for walk-ups, or laundry for walkups?
Sorry, I have no resupply, no work-for stays, no extended stays, no bunks, no tenting, no showers for walk-ups, nor laundry for walk-ups. Why?
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
There is free cancellation.
