Where can we go?

You have got access to all of the upstairs, the back deck, and all of the outside property. You do not have access to the unfinished basement.

Does the host/owner stay here?

You may see the host/owner coming in/out of the basement to take care of the cats, or you may see him watering the plants. Once those tasks are done, he’s gone. He is not interested in interfering with your stay.

Do any pets live here?

Yes, two cats live here. They will stay in the basement during your stay. When the house is empty, and the owner is upstairs, the cats will wander around upstairs. They are not permitted in any guest room. Though every effort is made to wash my own laundry separate from guest bedding, a stray cat hair or two may appear.

What's the WiFi code?

Are the washer and dryer free?

Do we have chores to do?

No. If you strip the beds, thanks. If you throw the towels in the bin, thanks. If you load up the dishwasher or take out the trash, much appreciated. But, if you do none of these things, absolutely no problem at all.

Smoking?

There is no smoking -- cigarettes, vape, or cannabis -- anywhere inside the house or on the deck. Please smoke outside off the porches and deck and leave no trace.

What time is check-in and checkout?

Check-in is at 3PM (sometimes earlier, if requested) and checkout is 11AM (sorry - no late checkouts available).

What's the deal with the food in the kitchen?
